We simply come over and move any obstacles and things that could entangle our hose, sweep debris, close any nearby doors or windows, you could have this ready for us if you wish but we can happily do it.
Then come the soaking and pretreatment with our product, which opens wood pores allowing deep penetration of the wood to lift those stains. Followed by an effective, specific wash, moving our wand in the right direction following the grain of your wood. Paying attention to wind patterns, we use different settings for applying water pressure and product pressure. We then rinse it all off starting at the top and work our way down to prevent streaks, using overlapping passes.
